Composition & The form of drug:

Issued in coated tablets (with surcharged «RSN» on the one hand, and the 5 mg or the 30 mg with the other), contains rizedronata sodium of 5 or 30 mg or 35 mg(the equivalent of 4.64 and 27.8 mg and 32,44 mg rizedronovoy acid, respectively);

Indications:

Paget's disease, treatment and prevention of osteoporosis (postmenopausal, caused by corticosteroids).

Dosage and administration:

Taken orally, with a glass of water, standing for 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
In osteoporosis - 1 Table. (5 mg) per day.
In Paget's disease - 1 Table. (30 mg) per day for 2 months; refresher course possible in 2 months.

Side effects:

Musculo-skeletal pain, abdominal pain, duodenitis, glossitis, iritis. Reduction of serum calcium and phosphate, liver problems.

Overdose:
